Wawasee Sailing Foundation is a nonprofit dedicated to preserving the rich sailing legacy of Lake Wawasee in Syracuse, Indiana.

An organization where people of all ages and backgrounds can experience the transformative power of sailing, building knowledge and confidence, connection with our community, and stewardship of our environment.

Our mission is to expand access to sailing by providing education, resources, and hands-on experiences that empower individuals of all backgrounds. Through sailing development programs, community partnerships, and a commitment to marine conservation, we cultivate a lifelong connection to the water.

• Youth summer camps for ages 8–15 featuring on-water instruction and classroom sessions on sail handling, navigation, and safety.

• Tailored adult sailing lessons focusing on advanced techniques and skill development.

• Training programs at the Wawasee Yacht Club.
